		<description>I'm not sure it makes sense for Microsoft; Yahoo's DNA is BSD servers and PHP.  Microsoft's is Windows Internet Information Server (IIS).  If the acquisition goes through, all of Yahoo's best engineers will leave and end up going into the arms of Google.  Who is going to run all of Yahoo's web properties then?  The highly talented individuals at MSN?  I don't think so....</description>
